Like any part of the body, your feet need to be stretched every now and then to keep healthy and to prevent injury.

Here are some great toe exercises to get those piggies into fighting shape.

Interlaced Toe Stretch: 

Sit in a chair with your right foot on your left thigh, interlace your fingers between each toe and hold that position for 20-30 seconds. This stretch alleviates the cramping in your toes from being stuffed in shoes all day.

Rolled Towel Grab Stretch:

Take a towel and roll it up ( you can also use a small ball like a golf ball), place it on the floor and grab it with your toes. Make sure to keep your heel planted on the floor while performing this exercise.This exercise helps to release tension in your plantar fascia and increase arch strength.

Toe Pullback Stretch: 

This stretch is simple and is great for a quick relief to a foot cramp. Simply rest the tips of your toes at the crease of your wrist and grab your foot with your fingers. Then pullback on your toes towards your shin and hold for 15 to 20 seconds.
